Whats your current processing time?
Most of our orders will be lovingly hand crafted within 1-2 weeks of ordering. This is the time it takes to handcraft your order before it gets shipped, and does not include shipping time.
While we strive to process all orders within this timeframe, processing times may be longer during busy periods. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the status of your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all of our products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a warranty issue on the hardware or we have made a mistake with your order.
Please ensure to carefully measure your pet's neck to ensure that the correct size is purchased. If you need help determining your pets size we are happy to help.
What size does my dog wear?
1. I find that the easiest way to is to measure your dog’s current collar from the buckle tongue to the hole that your dog wears it at or if it is a snap collar measure the whole collar to the middle of the buckle side with the prongs.
2. You can also use a measuring tape to measure the base of the neck (above the shoulders) where the collar will sit. For large dogs make sure you can fit two fingers between their neck and the measuring tape for a comfortable fit. For smaller dogs with ½” collars one finger space is ok.
Sizing:
Collar sizes are listed by punched holes, for example 10"-12 means there are holes punched at 10", 10.5", 11", 11.5" and 12". Choose the size that has the middle 3 holes closest to your dog's neck size.
For full grown dogs: If you measured your dogs neck at 14" then you would order size 13-15".
For growing puppies: If you measured your dogs neck at 14" then you would order size 14-16" so they have some room to grow while wearing it.
Collar Care and Cleaning:
Rinse under warm water and gently rub any stuck on dirt or particles. If needed use a mild detergent or a soft bristle brush to clean around crystal settings. Pat dry with towel.
Some topical medications or products such as flea medications, can damage biothane material, we do not recommend using them in conjunction with a biothane collar.
